1. Post your travel or package request
2. Match with someone going your route
3. Chat and agree on details
4. Both users confirm match
5. Meet and hand over package
6. Receiver confirms delivery and rates

Current (MVP): Payment is handled directly between users. Coordinate payment method (cash, Venmo, etc.) in your chat.

Coming in Phase 2: Secure escrow system where payment is held by Safarly and released after confirmed delivery.

If your match cancels, use the "Other user cancelled/unavailable" option when unmatching. This won't affect your trust score. The cancelling user may receive a trust score penalty.

Your trust score is based on ratings from other users. Successful deliveries, good reviews, and reliable behavior increase your score. Cancellations or reports may decrease it.

❌ Illegal items, weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, perishable food, or anything prohibited by airlines. Both users are responsible for verifying package contents comply with customs and airline regulations.
